Farming Silk Cloth in Dungeons While the focus of this guide is on at-level cloth farming, it's worth mentioning a couple of dungeons with good silk farming, as one of them is too good to miss. The middle two wings, Library, and Armory of Scarlet Monastery (34-45) are jam-packed with humanoids. These were always my favorite zones for farming silk off level.

Silk Cloth is a fine form of cloth that can be farmed more easily when compared to W ool cloth in Wow Classic. The players leveling Tailors will require 860 Silk Cloth, and First Aid, will require 90 Silk Cloth. If you are looking for reputation turn-ins, then you would require 60 silk cloth.

Silk Cloth can be farmed fairly easily when level 60 from the "Scarlet Monastery" . If you are grouped and do a 5 man run of SM you will have more than likely obtained a Stack or two of this by the end of the run. You will get even more by having a Level 60 friend run you through it.

Blackhoof Village in Dustwallow Marsh is also a decent place. The mobs drop 1-3 Silk Cloth and they respawn pretty quickly, you can keep running from one end of the camp to the other and farm Silk Cloth. When you have enough Silk Cloth, go to my Mageweave Cloth farming page.

New Thalanaar in east Feralas is still a viable place to get Silk Cloth in 6.0.3. As a level 77 Warlock, I spent half an hour there and got a stack (200) plus 18 extras. Got a bit of Mageweave as well, though not enough to actually go there to farm it. There's no downtime, as they respawn too quickly for you to run out.
