For kills-to-cloth, Cathedral is best. In, kill, get about 4-5 stacks of silk and ~1-2 stacks of mageweave, out, reset, repeat. In contrast, the Graveyard has regular repops of Unfettered Spirits, Haunting Phantasms, and Anguised Dead which all drop silk cloth as well so you can get more without having to reset. The Library and Armory aren't bad, but unless you've hit your reset cap, stick with the Cathedral and Graveyard, mostly Cathedral.
